Our neighbor's grandkids were in town for a couple days and Chloe was SOOO excited to have a friend over that would have a tea-party with her!!!! They played SO sweetly together :)

Mamma are you going to catch me?

David was able to come and visit the girls and I for a few days before he shipped out to Afghanistan (sp?) it was an AWESOME visit, Im SOOO glad he came! We had a blast-- we went shopping at one of the local outlet stores and in the center of the mall they had a playground that both the girls played on (the picture of Emma leaning down is from this day as well)

A future daddy in the making?!?!?!? hee hee hee not for a while I hope! haha

I know that a lot of you don't care to see this, but Rikkie-tikky-tavi was my beloved Ferret for almost 7 1/2 years. A couple weeks ago she started to slow down, I told myself I refused to be one of "those" pet owners keep a dying pet around just because they couldn't bear to let go. When I let her out to clean her cage she sniffed around for a minute and then layed down something she normally NEVER does. I knew that it was time to let her go. I took her into the vet and sure enough, the vet felt a mass in her abdomen. With a small injection I held her as she slipped away. The vet tech asked how old she was and told me she had never known a ferret to live so long. That made me feel a little better. It was extremely hard to do, Andrea watched the girls for me while I went to the vet office, for that I am SOOO grateful. Thanks girl!

RIP Rikkie

While I was at work (and not a single kid came in to play with us :( ) I decided to take some photos of the girls in their halloween outfits from their great grandma bonnie :)

Cheese!

After I worked on saturday our squadron had a halloween party for the kids, but Emma fell asleep on the way there so this is where she remained, about 5 minutes before we left she woke up :)

Into the bouncy castle!!! Unfortunately by the time we got to the party all the games were done but Chloe didn't seem to mind!

After our MOPS meeting I got the girls dressed in their costumes and took them to the pumkin patch at the same church, Chloe had a blast! Emma wasn't feeling very well, but was otherwise a good sport.

Chloe's pumpkin... kinda looks a little wierd, but that's the pumpkin she wanted and the "smilie face" she wanted, and where on the pumpkin she wanted it :) Yes, I let her do too much at times

The girls

Our church had a fall festival that I took the girls to, but right when the night started my camera died :( So I was only able to get a few pictures. This is my Pretty Sleeping beauty, by the time Halloween got around she had been several princesses for different costumes.

Emma running through the grass with no shoes on! She wanted to have one last wild run before I put her in the childcare room (she was sick and I didn't want her to be outside when it got too chilly) while Chloe did all the activities.

My little Snow White

I remember as a little girl thinking I was really special getting to wear make-up on Halloween with my costume, Chloe was SO excited as well!

Cinderella's ready and she was feeling a little left out so I put a dab of eye shadow on her too ;)

All three of us (and my biggest cheesiest grin) on our Neighbor's front stoop (the girl's adopted grandma down here)

Chloe and Emma ready to get the night started!

SO excited to get to the next house, she was almost more interested to see how everyone was dressed and how their houses were decorated than about the candy :)

Trick-or-Treat!!!

"Thank You!"

Last house of the night, Chloe was bummed :(

As I started taking pictures just messing around with the camera (to see how long the batteries would last... long story) Chloe started to look away from the camera and then ask to see the picture. I guess she liked the way it looked when she WASN'T looking

The girls were not thrilled about the time change... looks like I might have to ease them into the new nap time schedule ;)
